Terms of Service

The agreement between your workshop and Revvo Solutions for using RevvoHub.

In effect from 8 October 2026Version 2026-10-08

1. The agreement

These terms are a contract between Revvo Solutions, d.o.o., Gimnazijska cesta 15D, 1420 Trbovlje, Slovenia, registration number 7483449000 ("RevvoHub", "we"), and the business that opens a RevvoHub account ("you", the "workshop").

You accept them when you create an account. The person who creates the account confirms that they are at least 18 years old and are entitled to accept the terms for the workshop.

RevvoHub is a tool for businesses, including sole traders. It is not offered to consumers, and consumer-protection rules do not apply to this contract. Customers of a workshop who use the customer app are covered by section 17, not by the rest of these terms.

The Data Processing Agreement is part of these terms. The Privacy Policy explains how we handle the personal data of account holders; it is information, not a contract term.

2. The service

RevvoHub is web software for running an auto repair workshop: customers, vehicles, work orders, an AI assistant for diagnostics, a customer app for the workshop's customers, and an AI assistant that answers those customers on the workshop's behalf. We develop it continuously, so features may be added, changed or, with reasonable notice, removed. Features marked as beta or preview are offered for trying out and may change or stop without notice.

3. Your account

  • Give accurate information when you register and keep it up to date.
  • Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens in your account; tell us at once at security@revvo-hub.com if you think someone else has got in.
  • One account is for one workshop business.

4. Trial, plans and payment

  • Trial. A new account can be used free of charge for 14 days. No payment card is needed to start.
  • After the trial. To keep using RevvoHub you choose a paid plan. If you do not, the account is paused: you can still sign in and export your data for 30 days, after which the account and its data are deleted.
  • Prices. The plans and their prices are on the pricing page. Fees are charged in advance for each billing period and are not refunded for a period that has started, unless the law requires it or these terms say otherwise.
  • Taxes. Prices do not include taxes. Where VAT or a similar tax is due, it is added as the law requires.
  • Price changes. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email. The new price applies from your next billing period; if you do not agree, you can cancel before it starts.
  • Late payment. If a payment fails we tell you and try again. If it is still unpaid 14 days later we may pause the account until it is settled.

5. Your data

  • It is yours. Everything you and your staff enter into RevvoHub remains yours. You give us only the permission we need to host it, process it and show it back to you in order to provide the service.
  • Personal data of your customers. For the personal data you keep in RevvoHub about your customers and staff, you are the controller and we are your processor. The Data Processing Agreement sets out what that means. It is your responsibility to have a lawful reason for recording that data and to tell your customers how you use it.
  • Export. You can export your data at any time from Settings → Privacy & data.
  • Backups. We back the service up to be able to restore it after a failure. That is not a substitute for keeping your own copies of records the law requires you to keep.

6. AI features

The AI assistant is a second opinion for a trained mechanic, not a verdict.

  • Its answers are generated by a language model. They can be incomplete, out of date or wrong, including about torque figures, fluid specifications, part numbers and procedures.
  • You remain responsible for the diagnosis, the repair, and the safety of every vehicle that leaves your workshop. Check anything safety-critical against the manufacturer's data before acting on it.
  • Do not enter personal data of your customers into the assistant beyond what a diagnosis needs. A fault description does not need a name or a phone number.
  • AI use is subject to fair-use limits, shown in the app or on the pricing page. We may limit use that goes far beyond what a workshop normally needs.

The assistant in the customer app talks to your customers on your behalf, within the settings you choose.

  • You decide what it may do on its own and what it asks you first. You are responsible for those settings, for the instructions you write for it, and for the bookings, changes and answers it makes or passes on in your name. Check its work under Customer AI, and keep your opening hours and booking rules up to date.
  • What it tells your customers is generated by a language model and can be wrong. It is told not to state prices or times beyond your records and your instructions.
  • Its use by your customers counts toward your workshop's AI limits.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use RevvoHub for anything unlawful, or to store data you have no right to hold;
  • try to reach another workshop's data, or probe, scan or test the security of the service without our written permission (see the Security page for how to report a vulnerability);
  • interfere with the service, overload it, or get around its technical limits;
  • copy, resell or sublicense the service, or reverse-engineer it except where the law expressly allows;
  • upload malware, or use the AI features to produce unlawful or harmful content.

We may suspend an account that breaks these rules. Where we reasonably can, we warn you first and give you a chance to put it right.

8. Availability and support

We work to keep RevvoHub available and secure around the clock, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may take the service down briefly for maintenance and will try to do so outside working hours and with notice. Support is by email at info@revvo-hub.com.

9. Intellectual property

The software, its design, the RevvoHub name and logo belong to us or our licensors. These terms give you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your workshop for as long as your account is active; they do not transfer any ownership.

If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without owing you anything.

10. Warranty

We provide the service with the care that can be expected of a professional software provider. Beyond that, and as far as the law allows, the service is provided "as is": we do not warrant that it will meet every requirement you have or that the AI's output will be correct.

11. Liability

  • Nothing in these terms limits liability for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, for death or personal injury, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
  • Subject to that, neither party is liable to the other for loss of profit, loss of business, or indirect or consequential loss.
  • Subject to the first point, our total liability for all claims arising in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us for that period, or EUR 100 if you paid none.
  • We are not liable for the consequences of a repair or diagnosis decision, whether or not the AI assistant was consulted.

12. Your responsibility for claims

If a third party makes a claim against us because of data you stored in RevvoHub unlawfully or because you used the service in breach of these terms, you will compensate us for the resulting reasonable costs and damages.

13. Ending the contract

  • By you. You can stop at any time by deleting the workshop in Settings → Privacy & data, or by writing to us. Deleting the workshop erases its data immediately and cannot be undone, so export first.
  • By us. We may end the contract with 30 days' notice. We may end or suspend it immediately if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, or if the law requires us to.
  • What happens to the data. When a contract ends other than by you deleting the workshop, you can export your data for 30 days. After that we delete it, as described in the Data Processing Agreement.
  • If we end the contract without a breach on your side, we refund fees paid for the unused part of the period.

14. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. For changes that matter, we tell you by email or in the app at least 30 days before they take effect. If you keep using RevvoHub after that date, the new terms apply. If you do not agree, you can end the contract before they take effect.

15. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Slovenia. Disputes that cannot be settled by agreement are decided by the court with jurisdiction in Ljubljana.

These terms are published in Slovenian and English. If the two versions differ, the Slovenian version prevails.

16. General

  • These terms, the Data Processing Agreement and the plan you choose are the whole agreement between us about RevvoHub.
  • If a part of these terms turns out to be invalid, the rest stays in force.
  • You may not transfer the contract to someone else without our consent. We may transfer it as part of a merger or sale of the business, and will tell you if we do.
  • Neither party is liable for a failure caused by events outside its reasonable control.
  • We send notices to the email address on your account. Send notices to us at info@revvo-hub.com.

17. Customers using the customer app

A workshop that uses RevvoHub can invite its customers to the customer app. If you are such a customer, this section is what applies to you; the rest of these terms is between us and the workshop.

  • The customer app is free for you. You can create an account with an invitation from a workshop, and delete it at any time in the app.
  • What the app shows you (your cars, jobs and prices) comes from the workshop's records. Your contract for a repair, and any question about a job or a price, is with the workshop, not with us.
  • If a workshop has switched on its AI assistant, the assistant answers on the workshop's behalf and can be wrong. A booking, change or cancellation counts only once the app shows it as done by the assistant or confirmed by the workshop. Prices and times it mentions come from the workshop's records or instructions and are not a binding offer unless the workshop confirms them. For anything urgent or to do with safety, call the workshop.
  • A chat with the assistant is a short session: it ends after a time and a number of messages the workshop sets, and is not kept. You can start a new one; the number of messages a day is limited.
  • Use the app only for your own cars and your own dealings with the workshop. The rules in section 7 apply to you as well, and we may suspend an account that breaks them.
  • Your rights as a consumer under mandatory law are not affected. The Privacy Policy explains how your login is handled.
